August saw Mr. Smith travel to Scandinavia for Norwegian Fashion Week (aka Oslo Runway) as the event’s official hair partner alongside a team of Norwegian artists from stockists Adam og Eva.
Held in Oslo at the former National Museum of Art building, Oslo Runway is Norway’s largest fashion event, showcasing new season’s collections from the best of established and emerging Norwegian design talent.

Established in 2015, the event has already attracted some of the biggest names in Scandinavian design, along with international press attention from the likes of Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Monocle and Elle.

With 26 shows held over four days, the event saw Spring/Summer 2019 previews from names such as Catherine Hammel, who opened the event with models posing in a house setting; Norwegian accessories brand Cala Jade, which had models perched on pedestals in a lake; and Pia Tjelta, who took to the streets celebrating women.

Working in partnership with our Oslo-based stockist Adam og Eva, Hair Leads Inger Lise, Siri Myhre, Tonje Dahlen, Steven, Eirik Thornsen, Sigrid Helsa Breie and Trine used Mr. Smith products exclusively throughout the event.
